I love how the book of Job shows us that pain is not always punishment and knowing God is better than knowing all the answers.
Conflict is something a lot of people struggle with, including me. I use to be a person who did not deal with conflict well at all. I was either way too emotional and blowing up or I shut completely down and cut the situation off (even though I may have been rightfully upset).
